Service Description
2024 HOLIDAY MINI SESSION INFO: -Holiday Mini Sessions will be taken only on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at The Santa's Farm & Christmas Tree Forest in Eustis, FL. [35317 Huff Rd, Eustis, FL 32736] -WHAT'S INCLUDED: You will receive a 15 minute session, 12-15 digital edited photos (But usually more) & either two FREE 8"x10" photos of your choice or four FREE 5"x7" photos of your choice. -Holiday Mini Sessions are for up to 5 family members max, if wanting additional family a $20 per person fee will be added, if number exceeds 8, an additional slot of time will need to be added to take 2 spots to allow for more time for the additional family members and paid for at time of booking. -The decor will be the Christmas trees in the field & holiday inspired props/decor setup by the photographer. -Dogs ARE ALLOWED, so bring the family dog(s) but please make sure to have a leash on them while walking around & please pickup after them. -The Holiday Mini Session at this location, will only take place on Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 8AM-12:25PM, time slots are as followed: 1) 8:00-8:15 AM 2) 8:25-8:40 AM 3) 8:50-9:05 AM 4) 9:15-9:30 AM 5) 9:40-9:55 AM 6) 10:05-10:20 AM 7) 10:30-10:45 AM 8) 10:55-11:10 AM 9) 11:20-11:35 AM 10) 11:45-12:00 PM 11) 12:10-12:25 PM DAY OF INFO: -When you arrive for your session the day of, please tell the attendant you are here for a scheduled photo Session with Stephanie Pena of SP Photography & someone will direct you to where I will be. -Please Arrive on time with enough time to park and walk on over as sessions are back to back! It's a little bit of a hike, so wear comfy shoes to walk & change into photo ready shoes if need be. -Sessions are back to back, if you are late we might not have time to take your photos and the session will be non-refundable. -All families taking photos at this location must be off the property by 12:45PM!!* -The photo slots are first come first serve, to book tap the BOOK NOW button, select November 9th on the calendar & follow steps to book your desired time. No holding dates allowed, only bookings paid in full. Bookings are non-refundable if you are unable to meet for your scheduled session.
