-We are following  COVID-19 precautions to keep our staff and clients safe during the pandemic by wearing a mask at all times while in doors, washing/sanitizing hands often, sanitizing all equipment and props, etc. By booking, you are agreeing that Stephanie Pena Photography of SP Photography is NOT LIABLE for any resulting injury or illness. You are choosing to book a session on your own free will with the understanding that we are still facing a Global Pandemic.
-Only edited photos given to clients after sessions
-Mileage will be added depending on location
-For Mini sessions at xmas tree farm: if needing to cancel last minute and I'm unable to fill your spot with another family prior, monies paid prior can go towards another session in the future (up to 3 months from original date) on another day and might not be able to be at the xmas tree farm due to fees to re-shoot/mileage. 
-SP Photography has all rights to photos taken to post on social media and websites for marketing purposes. A print release can be given, or you can use the printing services we offer.
-A 2% fee will be added to all bookings for tax
